We have made the effort to show the colors and images of our products, at the shop, with the utmost precision of colors possible. We cannot guarantee that the monitor of your computer will show the colors in an accurate manner.
We reserve the right, but we are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products or services to any individual, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right based on each case. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of the products or services that we offer. All the descriptions of products and prices of the products are subject to changes at any moment without prior warning, to our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any moment. Any offer of a product or service made in this site is null wherever prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of the products, services, information or other material bought or obtained by you might fulfill your expectations, or that any error in the Service shall be corrected.

SECTION 6 – INVOICING ACCURACY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to reject any order you may make with us. We can, at our discretion, limit or cancel the quantities bought per individual, per home or by order. These restrictions may include orders carried out through or under the same client account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same invoicing and /or delivery address.
In case we make an order change or cancellation, we may try to notify you by contacting you through electronic mail and/or invoicing/telephone number given at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit the orders that, at our judgment appear to be placed by licensees, resellers or distributors.
You compromise to provide updated, complete and precise information of the purchase and account used for all the purchases made in our shop. You compromise to rapidly update your account and any other information, including your electronic mail address and credit cards numbers and expiring dates for us to be able to complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.

In no case at all, 0800 DON ROUCH, our directors, staff, employees, members, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service lenders or licensors shall be responsible for any damage, loss, claim or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequent damages, including, without limitation, loss of benefits, loss of income, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any similar damage, being it based on agreement, tort (including negligence), strict responsibility or otherwise, as a consequence of the use of any of the services or products acquired through the service, or for any other claim related in some way with the use of the service or any other product, including but not limited to any error or omission in any content, or any loss or damage of any type incurred as a result of the use of the service or of any contents (or product) published, transmitted o put to dispose of through the service, even if warned about its possibility. Should it be determined that any provision of these Service Conditions is illegal, null or unfeasible, said provision shall be, however, effective to obtain the maximum measure allowed by the applicable law, and the non-demanding party shall be separated from these Service Terms, said determination shall not affect the validity of the applicability of the remainder provisions.

Obligations and responsibilities of the parties who incurred in before the termination date will survive upon the termination of this agreement to all effects.
These service Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You can end this Service Terms at any moment warning us that you do not wish to use our services, or when you stop using our site.
If to our understanding, you fail, or you are suspected to having failed in the fulfillment of any term or provision of these Service Conditions, we can also terminate this agreement at any moment without prior warning, and you will be responsible for all the indebted amounts even the termination date included, and/or consequently we can deny the access to our services (or to any part of the same).

Our failure to exercise or to support any right or requirement of these Service Conditions shall not constitute a waiver to such right or requirement.

SECTION 20 - SHIPPING METHODS

1. Means of transports used for shipping
We ship worldwide through UPS International Delivery, so you can buy and your product will reach wherever you are.

2. Delivery times
The approximate times are 7 to 17 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
International shipments may require the recipient to pay additional fees including: import duties, taxes, and postage fees as mandated by the government for the destination country. UPS International Delivery will inform you of the fees that you must pay when you have your package ready to be delivered.
At the time of purchase, the customer must know the restrictions, limitations and obligations to receive the shipment in the country of destination.
0800 Don Rouch will not be responsible for additional costs that may arise in the destination country. Likewise, returns will not be accepted for these reasons.

It's important to put attention on:
a) If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day on which you receive the payment confirmation and from that day the established delivery times begin to elapse.
b) If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time starts from the next business day after the confirmation of your payment.
You should also keep in mind that only orders that are made before 4:00 pm (GMT-3) count as the same day; any orders that occurred after 4:00 pm (GMT-3) will be counted towards their official delivery time from the next day.

3. Shipping dispatch
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking code, which will include the URL where you can place it to check the status of the shipment.

4. Shipping charges
The shipping charges of the orders will be displayed in "Step 3" of the Check Out after selecting the destination of the shipment.

SECTION 21 - Exchanging online orders policy

At 0800 Don Rouch we have a clear policy of changes so that our customers can make the purchase with confidence.
In the event that the client is not satisfied with the Product purchased, he/she can always exchange it for any other product of equal value or several products that equal or exceed the value of the purchased (The difference will be paid by the / the client at the time of the change). The client must bear the costs of recovery and re-shipment of the products. (International freight, customs expenses, and those generated as a result of the exchange process)
In the changes of size, the client will have to face the costs of recovery and re-shipment of the products. (International freight, customs expenses, and those generated as a result of the exchange process)
In the event that the customer requires a return, they will only be admitted due to product failure. The return charge will not be charged in the event that the return is due to a defective product, an error in the product sent.
For any type of exchange or return, the client must contact us through our virtual service channel contacto@0800donrouch.com indicating the purchase code.
In order to make a change effective, it is a requirement that the products are in perfect condition and with all the accessories of their packaging.
If the price of the Product has been modified and it is within a period of 30 days, the price on the date of purchase will be considered.
No money refunds will be made, except in the following cases:
- Defective products, after verification and approval of the brand's quality control department.
- Sending unsolicited Products.
The refund will be made, after being approved, within the following 12 business days, by PayPal or bank transfer, to be defined by 0800 Don Rouch in each case.
