2. Delivery timesThe approximate times are 7 to 17 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
International shipments may require the recipient to pay additional fees including: import duties, taxes, and postage fees as mandated by the government for the destination country. UPS International Delivery will inform you of the fees that you must pay when you have your package ready to be delivered. 0800 Don Rouch will not be responsible for additional costs that may arise in the destination country. Likewise, returns will not be accepted for these reasons.
It's important to have in mind:
a) If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day on which you receive the payment confirmation and from that day the established delivery times begin to elapse.
b) If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time starts from the next business day after the confirmation of your payment.
You should also keep in mind that only orders that are made before 4:00 pm (GMT-3) count as the same day; any orders that occurred after 4:00 pm (GMT-3) will be counted towards their official delivery time from the next day.
3. Shipping dispatchOnce your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking code, which will include the URL where you can place it to check the status of the shipment.

Any person who has legal age can receive the order at the address provided.
What happens if the order is going to be delivered and there is no one at the address?
If the order is not received at the indicated address after two visits by UPS, the purchase will be returned to us.
